Our transfer
leaves Dubai early mornings at 08:00 AM from the
Shangri-La Hotel Sheikh
Zayed road and will take the south/south west direction
passing by Jebel Ali free
zone crossing Abu Dhabi borders towards Al Mafraq (apprx.110km). Turning
south west direction towards Tarif
(approx.120km), taking the exit "Madinat
Zayed" south direction for another 45km.We will reach "Mezaira'a"
the central village (approx. 60km) where
the Liwa hotel is located.

at approx 12:00 (noon)

Pick up location Abu Dhabi (AUH)
Our
transfer will pick you up from the Al Mafraq Hotel at 09:00 AM and will
join the same route as mentioned above (from Dubai)

Pick up location Al Ain (AAN)
Meeting point will
be at the
Al Bustan Rotana Hotel at 08:00 AM. The drive will take through
the Al Ain / Abu Dhabi highway for approx one hour
reaching Al Mafraq at
approx 09:00 and joining the itinerary as mentioned above.

Our services include:

Two way roundtrip transfers from and to
your place of residence in Mini coaches and/or 4x4
ü
Safari tours are carried out with the
latest models 4x4 vehicles, fully equipped with safety gear and fully
insured
ü
All our guides are English speaking and
have undergone extensive training in off-road driving skills as well as
first aid
ü
Meals and drinks are provided as per
tour details
ü
Overnighter may use the Liwa Hotel
facility (Pool & changing rooms) free of charge
ü
We carry a maximum of 6 passengers per
car in our off-road excursions
Reservation terms &
conditions
ü
All reservations should be confirmed in
writing by filling out our online reservation form 4 days
prior to tour date
ü
All bookings must be fully paid in
advance together with our written confirmation
ü
Cancellation fees equal to 50% of tour
rate will be refunded if cancelled in writing within 48 hours prior to tour
date
ü
Cancellations received within 48 hours
prior to tour date will not be entitled to any refund
ü
We accept all payments in cash - Should
you wish to settle with a credit card a 5% surcharge will apply
ü
Desert
Road Tourism LLC
reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any tour prior to departure and to
decline to accept or return any persons as
a member of a tour at any time. In particular, due to the nature of many of
the tours, safaris and other activities, delays and cancellations
may result from factors beyond

control, such as the
weather, sickness, strikes, disputes, and other events of force majeure
In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at the discretion of
Desert Road Tourism LLC and/or the operator of the tour, safari or other
activity concerned, but is not guaranteed.

aid/gps/mobile)

Elderly guests with
heart conditions as well as expectant mothers are not advised to join our
day safari

All guests are
requested to read our safety sheet presented by our guides before starting
their journey

We kindly ask our
guests not to litter our beautiful desert as well as to refrain from
disturbing/damaging/collecting any valuable
objects from the natural environment (plants, animals, sand roses, etc.)
Due
to the stringent laws and measures implemented by the Abu Dhabi government
in regards to the protection of natural environment
and surroundings as well as in keeping with the policies of having a
pollution free environment, we strictly advise our clients to refrain from
littering, taking
and/or collecting any objects/items of natural/historical value during their
