Adventures
Liabilities:
- Off-Road
Adventures reserves the right to cancel any booking and/or a tour, prior to or
during the trip due to the following conditions: Unsuitable weather condition,
Government decree,
Failing and/or ignoring safety instructions set by Off-Road Adventures.

In case of the above cancellation-taking place, Off-Road Adventures will
reimburse the participant (s) with the full amount.
- Off-Road Adventures reserves the right to decide at its absolute
discretion to return the funds paid due to unforeseeable circumstances, which
are beyond the
control of the company or its supplier (s) such as (Natural
disasters, wars, and force majeure.).
- All our vehicles carry a fully comprehensive insurance coverage, however
a maximum damage collision premium equal to Dhs 1000.00 (300 USD) will be
charged in case of
accidents where the driver has been found at fault.

The driver (s) will be responsible for all penalties incurred due to
traffic violation (s).

Off-Road Adventures will
not be liable in any way for personal injuries or health hazard occurring to
participants during and/or after the trip due to
negligence on their part
and/or ignoring the guidelines set by Off-Road Adventures.
- Any
legal matters and/or claims involving Off-Road Adventures will be dealt with
under the jurisdiction of UAE laws.
